NEXORA — Legal

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Terms of Service

1. What this service is

NEXORA provides an automated trading signal and execution tool that connects to your own Deriv account using an API token you provide. The service analyzes market data and, if you enable auto-trade, places trades on your behalf according to the settings you configure.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, including your full legal name. Payment access is locked to your registered account identity — subscriptions cannot be transferred between accounts or used to unlock access for anyone other than the account holder.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed as stated at checkout (weekly, monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime access) via Paystack. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated; you may cancel any time from your Account page. Cancellation revokes access immediately — see your Account page for details before cancelling.

4. Refunds

[Define your refund policy here — e.g. "All sales are final" or "Refunds available within 24 hours if no trades were placed." This is a business decision only you can make; the placeholder here is not a default.]

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to circumvent account identity locks, share your account with others, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that violates Deriv's own terms of service.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or attempt to abuse the payment or verification systems.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXORA is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, connectivity issues with Deriv or Paystack, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Privacy Policy

This policy is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) / NDPR in mind. Adapt it to your actual data practices before publishing.
